We’re so obsessed with quality that we practically live in our own gear. We’re so confident you’ll love your order that we’re basically the unicorns of the triathlon world—offering free U.S. shipping and no-hassle returns within 30 days. Yep, that’s right. We’re the few, the proud, and the totally stress-free when it comes to your gear.

All you need to do is:

  • Locate your order number
  • Follow the simple step by step return/exchange process HERE. 
  • Print your FREE return label and packing slip
  • Include the packing slip in your package (this has your name and order # on it so we know who it belongs to)
  • Drop your package off in your mailbox or local Post Office 

Psst- Want your refund faster? Select store credit when processing your refund and you'll receive it as soon as your return is scanned in at the Post Office.

Because we can’t promise your dream item will still be in stock by the time your return hits our office, we highly recommend using the ‘shop now’ function during the return process. It’s like speed-dating with gear—find your match before someone else does!

What can be returned?

Anything can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless the item was marked down making it Final Sale.

Anything else?

That pretty much covers it, but please ensure the following:

    • Please make sure original sizing and hang tags are attached
    • Please be sure the garment is clean and scent-free (ahem, laundry detergent)
    • Swimsuits must have hygiene sticker in place and untampered with
    • All garments are subject to inspection 
    • Accessories MUST be in unopened original packaging to be returned

Finally, please give us up to 10 days to process your returns and exchanges once they arrive at HQ. We’re a small but mighty team, and while we’re not speed demons, we’re dedicated to getting to your request as quickly as humanly possible—probably with a coffee in hand and a few friendly pep talks!

We’ve got you covered with free shipping on all U.S. orders—because let’s be real, paying for clothes is enough of a splurge without tacking on shipping fees. We’ll send your goodies via USPS and shoot you the tracking info as soon as your new wardrobe starts its journey to you. In a hurry? No worries—we offer expedited shipping at the actual cost, not some outrageous ‘I-need-a-private-jet’ fee!

For expedited orders, UPS DOES NOT reliably deliver on Saturdays. So, a 2-day order placed on Thursday won't arrive until the next Monday or Tuesday.  The same goes for Saturday orders—sometimes we’re in the office, but other times we’re out conquering the Santa Monica mountains on our bikes. Who knew shipping and adventure could mix? :)
